The real story
The truth? i didn't always feel confident or "aligned"
I grew up feeling like I had to be strong, hold everything together, and be the “good girl”.
I pushed my emotions down, took care of everyone else, and ignored my own needs.
On the outside, I was “fine”.
On the inside, I felt small, scared, and disconnected from who I really was.
My turning point was when I finally listened to my own voice.
I started healing my inner child, releasing old trauma, and working with my energy and subconscious mind.
I learned how to create boundaries, honour my body, and trust my intuition.
And my life changed — in relationships, in business, in the way I saw myself.
Now, I’m here to help you make your own shift.
Not by pushing or forcing, but by guiding you back to your own power, wisdom and softness.
